We develop young international talents

CF Rayo Majadahonda creates its International Talent Program within the global strategic development of the club.

This ambitious project's main objective is to develop young international talents with an exclusive methodology adapted to the needs of each athlete. The objective is to help them reach their maximum performance, accompany and support them throughout their personal growth as well as advise them on their future plans.

The project is built together with the collaboration of different leading associates in international football with years of experience in the management of sports talent.

​

The program planning includes between three and four weekly trainings. Likewise, the players will play friendly matches against other teams from inside and outside the entity to be able to play at the highest level and enjoy an incredible experience.

​

The players will always be integrated into the teams of the entity that belong to the main structure of the club. This environment is the ideal place to develop the skills necessary to progress in your career as a footballer, both in your country of origin and in the rest of the world.

The Rayo Majadahonda Football Club has the best team of coaches and makes all possible resources available to you by offering first-rate training sessions. In this way, our club intends to transfer to the international arena the great work carried out over the years in our lower categories.
