REGULATIONS OF THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE 7 MAJADAHONDA

 

The league will cost from the opening tournament and  of the closing tournament  

The opening tournament will consist of five groups, four made up of 10 teams and one made up of 11 teams.

It will be played in a round-robin format of all against all at the end of this league, the first and the second will be classified for the honor division, the third and the fourth for preferential the fifth and the sixth for the first division, the seventh and the eighth for second division and the ninth and 10th for the third division, thus constituting the different divisions for the closing tournament

 

The 2nd phase that will take place the same as the first with the same promotions and descents that will configure the categories for the next season. The matches will be played with an official n-5 SELECT ball. In all matches, teams must present themselves with the ball that the organization delivers. In case of loss, they must purchase another of the same brand in our offices, or in a store with the same characteristics. If a team shows up without the official ball, it will be sanctioned.

The teams must deliver to the Organization 10 minutes before each match, the duly completed minutes (name and surname, race number, division, group, date and time).

The duration of the meetings will be 50 minutes divided into two periods of 25 minutes without intermission.

The use of boots with aluminum studs is totally prohibited. The organization recommends multi-heel boots.

All players must jump onto the field of play, provided with numbered shirts to facilitate their identification. This numbering must also appear in the minutes together with the player's name and surname. If this is not done, the player who does not have the number, perfectly visible, on the back of his shirt, will not be able to play the game.

Only substitute players and a team manager who must have the corresponding delegate card may remain in the technical area of the playing field. The referee may stop and, where appropriate, suspend the match, if any person outside the teams refuses to leave the field of play.

Smoking, eating and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden on the pitch and in its technical areas.

The teams are obliged to appear on the field of play 5 minutes before the time set for the start of the match.

No team may start a match with less than 6 players on the field of play.

The teams will be responsible for collecting the balls during the course of the match, each one in the part that coincides with their kick-off.

Once the match has started, if a team suffers the expulsion of 2 players from the field, the referee will end it with a result of three to zero, in favor of the team to which the expelled players do not belong, as long as, the The result at that time was not greater than three to zero, in this case the current result will be valid. In the same way, the matches will have to be suspended if any team is left with 4 players due to injuries, in this case, the result that reflects the match at that time will be valid, as long as it is favorable to the team that remains on the field. Otherwise the result will be three to zero, against the team that has four players.

At the end of the matches, the delegates of both teams must sign the minutes of the same as a sign of agreement, both of the result and of the incidents that may have occurred during the same. Teams may present written appeals to the Competition Committee within 48 hours of the matches. No type of comment may be written on the minutes.

If at the end of a phase of the tournament there is a tie on points between two teams, it will be resolved according to the result of the match between them; If this could not be resolved, it would be decided by the greatest difference in goals for and against the entire competition. If the differences were equal, the champion would be the one with the highest number of goals for the entire tournament. If the match continues, it would be resolved taking into account the sportsmanship classification.

If the tie were between more than two teams, it would be resolved as follows:

  • Due to the greater difference between the goals for and against, considering all the matches in the competition.

  • For the greatest difference between the goals in favor taking into account all the matches in the competition.

  • His classification in the trophy for sportsmanship.

  • By lottery.

 

If a team has not shown up after 10 minutes of the time set for the start of the match, the opposing team will win all three points and a score of three to zero will be recorded in the classification and on the scoresheet.

If after this time the team gets the players to be able to start the game and whenever the opposing team decides to play, all the lost minutes will be deducted from the first half so as not to delay the good progress of the competition.

If a team does not bring a ball, being able to play the game will depend on the decision of the opposing team, and no complaint is allowed after the dispute.

If any match already started had to be suspended due to force majeure or causes beyond the control of the organization, the match would be terminated with the result that existed at the time of suspension. If the meeting had not started or the time elapsed in the opinion of the organization was not significant, a new date would be assigned and it should be the closest available.

The matches cannot be postponed. The organization could try to change the schedule, but always within the same day.

 

The Organization reserves the right to modify the schedules, prior notice to the teams.

The organization will have a Competition Committee made up of a CF Rayo Majadahonda manager and three members of the organization. All tournament participants must abide by the resolutions that this Committee decides.

 

CUP TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS

At the end of the closing tournament, a cup competition will be played, which will consist of two phases, the first a league of three teams per group, in which the first of each and the best 5 seconds will be classified, being a total of 16 teams classified. The second phase will be eliminatory as up to now, taking place in the Eighths, Quarters, Semifinals and Finals.

In the event of a tie to points, it will be resolved as follows:

  • Particular result.

  • Total goal difference.

  • Goals for.

  • Lottery.

  • By lottery.

 

The Cup Tournament is divided into the following Trophies:

  • Champions. The Honor Division and the first 3 classified in the First Division participate.

  • UEFA. The rest of the First Division and Second Division teams participate.

All teams are informed that our competition does not have medical insurance. In turn, all participants declare that they are fully aware of this fact, thus waiving any type of claim for any damage or injury produced during the course of the championship.

CF Rayo Majadahonda is not responsible for theft or loss in the changing rooms, being in all cases the responsibility of the participating teams.

All new equipment must post a deposit of € 120 (one hundred and twenty euros) as a guarantee. The possible sanctions imposed by the organization will be deducted from this deposit, and the remaining amount may be left as a deposit for the following season.

All teams participating in the “CF Rayo Majadahonda” Football 7 Tournament, by being part of it, will accept both these rules and the regulations that the organization has established for it. The organization reserves the right to modify any of these rules at any time and must notify the participating teams before they come into effect.

RULES OF THE CUP TOURNAMENT
